We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of legal acumen and a strong understanding of design principles, enabling them to contribute to the strategic legal framework of our financial services operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage legal risks, ensure compliance, and support business objectives with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and draft various legal documents, agreements, and contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with Indian laws and regulations. Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on matters related to financial services, product development, and corporate governance.

Conduct legal research and analysis on evolving regulatory landscapes, particularly in the fintech and financial services sectors. Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure ethical business practices.

Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed. Contribute to the design and user experience of legal documentation and communication, leveraging a B.Des background to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.

Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation matters. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection laws in all aspects of operations.
