We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Consultant to join our team in Jaipur. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with an M.Sc degree looking to kickstart their career in HR within the dynamic electrical equipment sector. You will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.
Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support for employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Assist with HR reporting and analytics.
