Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies for various digital platforms, including the company website, mobile app, and social media.

Create, edit, and proofread engaging and informative content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, infographics, and video scripts, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, medical professionals) to understand content needs and translate complex medical information into easily digestible content for patients and the general public.

Conduct user research and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content for better engagement and SEO.

Assist in developing content calendars and managing the content lifecycle from ideation to publication and maintenance.

Contribute to the development of content design systems and style guides.
