Copy Editor - Chemicals Sector

We are seeking a meticulous and creative Copy Editor with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of language, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all written materials produced by SRF Limited, particularly within the chemicals division.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and edit a variety of content, including technical documents, marketing materials, website copy, press releases, and internal communications, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guides.

Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all written materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and designers to understand content requirements and ensure factual accuracy.

Fact-check information and verify sources to maintain the credibility of published content.

Adapt content for different audiences and platforms, ensuring it is impactful and effective.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of company style guides.

Proofread final drafts before publication to catch any remaining errors.
