Seeking CSR Coordinator/Associate (3-5 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are looking for a dedicated and organized CSR Coordinator/Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have completed their 12th grade and possess a strong understanding of corporate social responsibility initiatives, particularly within the Indian context. This role is crucial in supporting our company's commitment to community engagement and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects and programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Maintain records of CSR activities, including budgets, expenditures, and impact reports.
- Conduct field visits to project sites to assess progress and identify challenges.
- Support in organizing community outreach events and awareness campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on CSR initiatives for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations for CSR activities.
- Contribute to the development of new CSR strategies and proposals.
- Manage communication related to CSR activities, both internal and external.
