Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Chemical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in refining processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles applied to hydrocarbon processing. This role will involve supporting operations, process optimization, and troubleshooting within our refining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monitoring and analysis of refining unit operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
- Conduct data analysis using statistical tools and MCA expertise to identify trends and anomalies in process parameters.
- Support troubleshooting efforts for operational issues, collaborating with senior engineers and plant personnel.
- Prepare technical reports, including process performance summaries, incident investigations, and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards and regulations.
- Gain exposure to various refining technologies and catalysts through hands-on experience and training.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process simulation models.
