We are seeking a motivated and analytical Refinery Operator with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Noida. The Refinery Operator will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the refining processes within our manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a blend of operational understanding and strategic business acumen to contribute to process improvements and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control refinery operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality control, supply chain) to streamline operations.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Assist in the development of production schedules and resource allocation.
Prepare reports on operational performance, including key metrics and recommendations.
