Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Midstream - Other professional with a B.Des degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role will focus on enhancing our midstream operations through innovative design solutions and process improvements within the pulp and paper sector. You will be instrumental in translating business needs into practical, user-centric designs that optimize operational efficiency and product appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design innovative solutions for midstream processes and product presentation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Develop visual assets, including diagrams, mockups, and prototypes, to communicate design ideas effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement in operational workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Analyze existing midstream operations to identify pain points and propose design-led interventions for efficiency gains.
- Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and best practices for midstream applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the pulp and paper industry.
