Opening for Process Engineer (Mining) | 2-4 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in the mining sector to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is ideal for an M.Des graduate looking to apply their design thinking and analytical skills to optimize mining processes. You will be instrumental in developing and improving process flows, ensuring efficiency and sustainability in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement in mineral processing, crushing, grinding, and material handling.

Develop and refine process designs, flowsheets, and P&IDs using relevant software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and project management, to implement process improvements.

Perform simulations and modeling to evaluate process alternatives and predict outcomes.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Contribute to feasibility studies and pilot plant operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
