Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of hospital plant and equipment, including energy consumption, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and reduce operational expenses, aligning with financial targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on plant performance, highlighting key financial indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and facilities management teams to identify inefficiencies and propose cost-saving measures.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for plant maintenance and operational expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations related to hospital infrastructure.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new equipment purchases and upgrades.
