Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the receiving, inspection, and storage of agricultural products at our facilities.
- Support the sorting, grading, and packaging of produce according to quality standards.
- Help in managing inventory levels and maintaining accurate records of stock.
- Participate in the preparation and dispatch of products to various distribution channels.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols within the downstream operations area.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform general labor tasks as required to support downstream activities.
- Learn and apply basic quality control measures for agricultural commodities.
