Role Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Reporting / Corresponding professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Des degree and have a knack for clear, concise communication and data presentation. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient information flow and accurate documentation within the organization, supporting various departments in the Metals & Mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and disseminate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on operational performance, market trends, and project updates.
- Draft and manage official correspondence, including letters, memos, and internal communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and information for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop visual aids, presentations, and infographics to effectively communicate complex information, leveraging B.Des skills.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for all reports and correspondence.
- Support in the preparation of board meeting materials and other high-level documentation.
- Proofread and edit documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Assist in the development of communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in reporting and corporate communication.
