We are seeking a motivated and organized Academic Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within an educational or corporate setting. This role involves supporting academic programs and ensuring the smooth operation of educational initiatives within a corporate facility management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of academic programs and training initiatives.
- Coordinate schedules for workshops, seminars, and other educational events.
- Manage and maintain academic records, participant databases, and relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with participants, instructors, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing materials, responding to inquiries, and managing logistics.
- Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
