Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Captain / Commander with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing critical operations within our electronics manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership potential, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of technicians and operators in specific production lines or operational areas.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and cost.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage inventory and material flow within the assigned operational area.
