We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR function. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, ideally with a background in commerce and the electrical equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies across talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
Oversee all aspects of workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations, and maintain a fair and ethical work environment.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture that promotes innovation and collaboration.
Manage HR budget and resources effectively.
Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters and act as a strategic partner.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
