Role Summary:

* Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
* Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all technological systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological needs and solutions.
* Drive research and development initiatives for new technological solutions, with a focus on areas requiring stringent validation and regulatory adherence, drawing from M.Pharma expertise.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape, particularly concerning data privacy and scientific data management within a regulated environment.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance on projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
