Seeking Librarian (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a motivated and organized Librarian with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to manage and develop our library resources. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background to streamline library operations, manage digital assets, and support our extensive research and development efforts within the infrastructure and real estate sectors. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient access to information for our employees in our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the library's physical and digital collection, including books, journals, reports, and online databases.
• Implement and manage library management systems (LMS) and digital asset management systems, leveraging MCA skills.
• Assist users with research inquiries, information retrieval, and access to resources, providing technical support where needed.
• Catalog and classify new materials using standard library practices and software.
• Manage inter-library loans and document delivery services.
• Organize and maintain library records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Conduct user training sessions on library resources and information literacy.
• Stay updated with technological advancements in library science and information management.
