Job Description
NTPC Limited is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Proctor / Invigilator with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing examination processes to ensure integrity and adherence to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and supervise examinations, ensuring compliance with all examination rules and regulations.
Maintain a secure and orderly examination environment.
Verify candidate identities and ensure they have the necessary documentation.
Distribute and collect examination materials (question papers, answer sheets) securely.
Monitor candidates throughout the examination to prevent malpractice and ensure fairness.
Report any irregularities or incidents to the examination authorities promptly.
Assist in the preparation and setup of examination venues.
Provide clear instructions and guidance to candidates.
Handle administrative tasks related to examinations as required.
Utilize analytical and design thinking skills (from M.Des) to identify potential process improvements in examination management.
