Immediate Hire: Construction / Site Supervisor (3-4 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to manage workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material inventories.
- Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and identify any defects or hazards.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance and repair works.
