Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Equipment Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate will be a B.Com graduate responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of company equipment, ensuring efficient utilization, maintenance, and disposal. This role is crucial for maintaining operational continuity and cost-effectiveness within our recruitment and staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all company equipment, including IT hardware, office furniture, and other assets.
- Track the procurement, deployment, and de-deployment of equipment.
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage the lifecycle of equipment, including upgrades, replacements, and disposal in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement equipment management policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Conduct periodic audits of equipment to verify inventory accuracy and condition.
- Prepare reports on equipment status, utilization, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with asset management best practices and internal controls.
- Assist in budget planning for equipment procurement and maintenance.
