Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Cargo Agent / Cargo Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe handling, storage, and transportation of critical materials, samples, and finished products within our life sciences operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Des background to contribute to process optimization and visual management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing cargo, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory of goods, including proper labeling, storage, and tracking to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent loss or damage.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Quality Control) and external logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient movement of materials.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping manifests, customs declarations, and inventory records.
- Implement and improve visual management systems for cargo areas, utilizing design principles to enhance clarity, organization, and safety.
- Conduct regular audits of cargo storage and handling processes to identify and address any discrepancies or potential risks.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures within the cargo handling environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new cargo management strategies and technologies.
