Immediate Hire: Events & Banquet - Other (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as an Events & Banquet Coordinator. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful management of various internal and external events and banquets hosted by the bank, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management and a strong understanding of operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management (caterers, decorators, AV technicians), and budget tracking.
*   Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to understand event requirements and ensure all expectations are met.
*   Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, stage design, and audiovisual equipment.
*   Manage on-site event operations, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure a smooth flow of activities.
*   Handle post-event follow-up, including vendor payments, feedback collection, and performance analysis.
*   Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
*   Assist in developing event proposals and presentations.
*   Ensure compliance with all bank policies and safety regulations during events.
*   Contribute to the continuous improvement of event management processes.
