Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Pharma background to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This unique role within our textile and apparel company focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance within our food and beverage operations, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of innovative hospitality services for our employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical knowledge to enhance product quality, safety protocols, and potentially contribute to research and development in related areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of food and beverage quality control, ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards (e.g., FSSAI).
- Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols for raw materials, ingredients, and finished food and beverage products.
- Conduct regular audits of food preparation areas, storage facilities, and service points to ensure hygiene and safety.
- Investigate and resolve any quality or safety-related incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, suppliers, and management to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Contribute to the development of new food and beverage offerings, focusing on quality, nutritional value, and consumer appeal.
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the food and beverage industry, particularly those with potential applications in quality assurance and product development.
- Assist in the planning and execution of hospitality services and events, ensuring a positive experience for guests and employees.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, testing results, and compliance documentation.
- Support the M.Pharma team in any related research or development projects that may intersect with food science or product formulation.
