We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Language Teacher - Other to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a candidate with a Any Graduate degree and 3-5 years of experience in language instruction, preferably within a corporate or multicultural environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering language training programs tailored to the needs of our legal professionals, enhancing their communication skills for international collaboration and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging language curriculum and training materials for non-native English speakers (or other specified languages) focusing on legal terminology and professional communication.
• Conduct regular language proficiency assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural nuances relevant to business.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds.
• Collaborate with HR and practice group leaders to identify language training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and training effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language teaching and adult education.
