Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Drama / Theater Teacher with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate (0-1 years of experience) who can inspire young minds and foster creativity through drama and theater activities. While the primary requirement is an M.Com degree, the candidate must demonstrate a strong interest and aptitude for performing arts education.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging drama and theater lesson plans suitable for various age groups.

Conduct interactive workshops and activities to enhance students' confidence, communication skills, and creativity.

Guide students in script reading, character development, improvisation, and basic stagecraft.

Organize and direct student performances, recitals, and drama productions.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with other educators and staff to integrate performing arts into the broader curriculum.

Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

Utilize organizational and administrative skills learned from M.Com to manage class schedules, resources, and event logistics.
