Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities in appliance and electronics design.
- Develop and prototype innovative design concepts for complex product components and systems, ensuring manufacturability and user appeal.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams to translate design concepts into functional products.
- Apply M.Des principles to optimize the integration of new technologies and features into existing product lines.
- Lead user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Create detailed design documentation, including specifications, user flows, and wireframes.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and competitor offerings in the consumer electronics and appliance market.
