Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Visa / Immigration Consultant with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients seeking to study or immigrate abroad. This role requires a strong understanding of visa regulations, immigration policies, and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on various visa and immigration pathways for popular study destinations (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany).
- Assess client eligibility based on educational background, work experience, and financial resources.
- Guide clients through the entire application process, including visa forms, documentation, and interview preparation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing immigration laws, visa policies, and country-specific requirements.
- Utilize technical skills gained from MCA to manage client data, track application statuses, and generate reports efficiently.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and immigration authorities to facilitate the application process.
- Provide post-arrival support and guidance to clients as needed.
