Join our team as Infectiologist (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Infectiologist with 1-2 years of experience to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of microbial contamination, sterilization processes, and product safety within the beauty and personal care industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the microbiological integrity and safety of our innovative product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to detect and quantify microbial contamination.

Develop and validate new microbiological testing methods and protocols relevant to personal care product formulations.

Investigate and troubleshoot any microbial excursions or quality issues identified during product development or manufacturing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure product safety and compliance.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory experiments, results, and analyses.

Stay updated with the latest scientific advancements, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in microbiology and product safety.

Assist in the development and implementation of sterilization and preservation strategies for new and existing products.
