Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Orthopedist with a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our innovative product development team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to the design and improvement of orthopedic products within the fashion and lifestyle sector, specifically focusing on leather goods. You will be instrumental in translating user needs and ergonomic principles into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and marketing to understand product requirements and user feedback.
*   Conduct user research and ergonomic studies to identify user needs and pain points related to orthopedic comfort and support in footwear and accessories.
*   Apply design thinking principles to conceptualize and develop innovative product solutions for orthopedic applications.
*   Create detailed design specifications, prototypes, and 3D models using relevant design software.
*   Evaluate the performance and usability of prototypes through testing and analysis.
*   Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and ergonomic best practices.
*   Contribute to the material selection process, with a focus on leather and other suitable materials for orthopedic applications.
*   Maintain accurate design documentation and project records.
*   Stay updated with the latest trends in orthopedic design, materials science, and fashion.
*   Assist in the quality control and testing of finished orthopedic products.
