Immigration (M.Tech Required) - Nasik

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of various immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct research on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes relevant to India and other operating countries.
- Liaise with government agencies, consulates, and embassies to facilitate visa and work permit processes.
- Provide support to employees and their families on immigration-related matters, including visa interviews and relocation logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all immigration cases and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with all immigration policies.
- Track visa expiry dates and initiate renewal processes in a timely manner.
- Support the development and implementation of immigration policies and procedures.
