Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Manager with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of various financial products and services for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and a knack for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from onboarding to go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and sales to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Conduct client training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
- Identify and resolve implementation issues and risks proactively.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to product/service improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
