Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Input/Output Editor with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of information and visual assets processed through various internal and external systems. You will bridge the gap between raw data/content and polished, usable output, ensuring it aligns with our brand guidelines and operational requirements within the ports and shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit input data and content for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
- Transform and format raw input into structured, presentable output suitable for reports, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, marketing) to understand data requirements and output specifications.
- Ensure consistency in terminology, style, and visual elements across all outputs.
- Utilize design principles to enhance the readability and aesthetic appeal of output documents and digital assets.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data input, processing, and output generation.
- Develop and maintain style guides and documentation for input and output processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of editing and data management workflows.
