We are seeking a talented and motivated Interaction Designer with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. As an Interaction Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences for our financial services clients. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant and effective interface designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and project goals.

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications within the financial services domain.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Apply human-centered design principles and best practices to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.

Translate complex data and processes into clear and user-friendly interactions.

Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interaction design and the fintech industry.
