Interior Designer - Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and innovative Interior Designer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing sophisticated interior designs for our corporate spaces, reflecting the premium brand image of a leading investment firm. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of spatial planning and aesthetic principles, suitable for a professional with 3-4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present creative interior design concepts for office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas, aligned with the company's brand identity and industry standards.

Translate complex design requirements into detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using advanced design software.

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans, adhering to budgets and timelines.

Conduct in-depth research on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to corporate environments and the financial sector.

Oversee site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors to ensure design integrity and quality of workmanship.

Manage procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring compliance with sustainability and accessibility standards.

Apply advanced theoretical knowledge and research methodologies from a Doctorate/PhD to inform innovative and evidence-based design solutions.
