IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage IT projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.

Coordinate and manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Track project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders effectively.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.
