Role Summary:
We are seeking an IT Security Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing security solutions to protect our industrial automation systems and corporate IT infrastructure from cyber threats. This role requires a strong understanding of security principles and a proactive approach to risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of industrial control systems (ICS) and IT networks.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Design and deploy security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security.
- Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all stages of project lifecycles.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies relevant to the industrial automation sector.
- Prepare detailed reports on security findings and recommendations.
