Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site and off-site diagnostics and repair of equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified during checks.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately in the system.
- Liaise with the procurement team for spare parts and inventory management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians when required.
