We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Chandigarh branch operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree, looking to grow within the dynamic FinTech and payments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives and sales staff.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and security protocols.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and report on key indicators to senior management.
- Foster a positive and customer-centric environment within the branch.
