In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our card processing operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily card transaction processing and identify any anomalies or issues.
- Assist in the reconciliation of card settlements and dispute resolution.
- Support the implementation of new card products and features.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, customer support) to resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Generate reports on card operations performance and key metrics.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Handle customer inquiries related to card operations and provide timely resolutions.
