Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Physician with 2-4 years of experience to join our healthcare team in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage critically ill patients, including those with multi-organ failure, sepsis, trauma, and cardiac emergencies.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory results, imaging studies, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Initiate and manage life support measures, including mechanical ventilation, vasopressor therapy, and fluid resuscitation.
• Provide expert consultation to other medical teams regarding the management of complex critical care cases.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current medical literature and best practices in critical care.
