Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated CSR & Sustainability professional with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our team in Guwahati. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives, aligning with NTPC's commitment to environmental stewardship and community development in the power sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of CSR strategies and action plans.
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for new sustainability projects.
- Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing CSR and sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Engage with stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, and government agencies, to foster strong relationships and facilitate project success.
- Research and analyze best practices in CSR and sustainability within the power industry and beyond.
- Support the preparation of sustainability reports and disclosures.
- Contribute to environmental management initiatives, including waste reduction and resource conservation.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs and environmental awareness campaigns.
