Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success - Other. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and successful engagement with our initiatives. You will act as a key point of contact, addressing inquiries and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. This position is ideal for a recent postgraduate with a passion for customer service and a desire to contribute to the vibrant sports ecosystem in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and initiatives to effectively support stakeholders.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify potential issues, and offer solutions.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration processes for new stakeholders.
- Monitor stakeholder engagement and satisfaction levels, reporting on key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in the development and delivery of customer success resources and communication materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success strategies and processes.
