Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Risk professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role will involve supporting the identification, assessment, and mitigation of various risks across the organization, with a focus on our industrial equipment and machinery operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management principles and a B.Com degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities within business processes and projects.
- Support the monitoring of identified risks and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
- Prepare risk reports and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure risk awareness.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to risk management.
- Contribute to the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Assist in internal control assessments and audits.
