We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic building materials industry. You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and ensuring the optimal performance of our paint products at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections and diagnostics of paint application issues.
Provide technical assistance and solutions to customers regarding product usage and performance.
Perform product demonstrations and training for clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to paint application, adhesion, and finishing.
Collaborate with the sales and R&D teams to address customer feedback and product development.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Ensure adherence to safety standards during all field operations.
