Join our team as Investment Banking Associate (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Investment Banking Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join our corporate finance team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for supporting our strategic financial activities within the Iron & Steel sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of financial markets, combined with a unique perspective gained from a B.Pharma background, to contribute to deal execution, financial modeling, and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions.

Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Conduct industry research, market analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

Prepare presentations, pitch books, and other client-facing materials.

Support senior bankers in deal negotiation and closing processes.

Utilize analytical rigor and a detail-oriented approach, drawing upon scientific principles from your B.Pharma background to critically assess data and identify risks/opportunities.
