Join our team as Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our corporate healthcare support team in Mumbai. While this role is within a BPO/Call Centre environment, it leverages analytical and problem-solving skills developed through an MCA, applied to understanding and processing complex medical cases related to plastic and reconstructive surgery. This position requires a unique blend of medical knowledge and technological aptitude to assist our clients in navigating their healthcare journeys and ensuring accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret patient medical records related to plastic and reconstructive surgery, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Utilize MCA knowledge to manage and process medical data using internal software systems and databases.

Assist in the development and refinement of data entry protocols and quality assurance checks for surgical case documentation.

Liaise with medical professionals and client service teams to clarify case details and resolve discrepancies.

Provide support for pre-authorization and post-treatment follow-up processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Contribute to training materials and knowledge base articles for new team members regarding plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures and data handling.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, as applicable).
