Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Medical Record / Health Informatics Officer to join our team at Niramaya Health City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate patient health records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting health informatics initiatives within our organization. This role requires a diploma in a relevant field and 3-4 years of experience in medical records management or health informatics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update patient medical records accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and data privacy regulations.
- Organize, file, and retrieve medical records, both physical and electronic.
- Implement and manage health informatics systems, ensuring smooth data flow and accessibility for authorized personnel.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of health data to support quality improvement initiatives and operational decision-making.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all patient information.
- Train and support staff on medical record keeping procedures and the use of health informatics tools.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that medical records are complete and up-to-date.
- Participate in audits and reviews of medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated with advancements in health informatics and medical record management.
