Join our team as Sustainability Manager (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, holding an M.Tech degree, and a passion for driving sustainable practices within a corporate environment. This role will involve supporting the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, data collection and analysis, and contributing to reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, management, and analysis of sustainability data (e.g., carbon emissions, energy consumption, waste generation).
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and action plans.
- Contribute to the preparation of sustainability reports, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) disclosures.
- Conduct research on sustainability best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote sustainability awareness and engagement across the organization.
- Help in tracking the progress of sustainability initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the development of communication materials related to sustainability efforts.
