We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented User Researcher with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Indore. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding user needs and behaviors within the BFSI sector to inform product development and enhance customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals holding a Diploma and possessing a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and contextual inquiries.

Analyze research data to identify user pain points, needs, and behaviors.

Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product design and strategy.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into the product development lifecycle.

Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user insights effectively.

Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in user research and UX.
