Junior KYC Analyst - Chemicals Sector

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior KYC Analyst to join our Compliance team in Kolkata. This role is crucial in ensuring that our client onboarding processes adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a solid understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough due diligence on new and existing clients to verify identity and assess risks in accordance with KYC/AML regulations.

Review and analyze customer documentation, including identification, proof of address, and corporate registration documents.

Identify and escalate suspicious activities or transactions to the relevant authorities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and databases.

Assist in the development and implementation of KYC policies and procedures.

Stay informed about evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices related to KYC and AML.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Legal, to ensure seamless client onboarding.
